Here's a cute placecard gift. We took a heart shaped cookie cutter, pressed it into
some wet florists foam, then inserted tiny rose buds . You need to back the cookie
cutter with cardboard, and tie your ribbon around the finished piece to hold
everything together. You could use candies in lieu of flowers and it would be easier
and cheaper.
Even if you are not crafty, you can print your own paper to wrap
little favors. Use Microsoft Word and plop in some polka dots and
use a polka dot ribbon. Add your names and wedding date too.
For the above seed packets we use a cardboard weight paper, found some
flowers on the internet, dropped in a few flower seeds, with instructions on the
back for planting and glued the sides and tied with a ribbon.
Garden Party reception favors were wrapped in
flowered paper and decorated with a butterfly. We
have free instructions for all of these things, just
email:mywedding@floweredevents.com
These are fun to make. We bought this green packing material in a bag for
about $4.00 and it makes a lot of nests. Shape it into round nest shapes,
glue onto birch sticks and add colored M&Ms. Our color scheme was green
and yellow, but the packing grass comes in several colors. Add your name
and wedding date on a little tag. These cost about 65cents.
This is a cardboard cake made from hatboxes. For instructions email
us, it's free. This is inexpensive ($25.00) but takes some time.
Same cake with silk flowers and pearls.

Here's a bouquet anyone can make. This is a gathering
of wild flowers, and greens, tied with a bandana. Just do
your picking a few hours before the ceremony, because
wild flowers don't hold long.
